The study, conducted and fully funded by Corporate Excellence - Centre for Reputation Leadership in collaboration with CANVAS Estrategias Sostenibles and with the support of the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management as a worldwide partner, together with an ecosystem of experts and collaborators, aims to deepen business practice and drive innovation in reputation and intangible management. The research is based on a three-phase methodology, which combines the exhaustive collection of secondary sources and direct consultation with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis techniques to offer a double vision of the issues’ impact on the business agenda: using expert viewpoints to forecast the future, and via direct consultation through a survey of professionals and organisations to learn about their priorities, dedicated resources and challenges.
