3.1 Employment engine We apply innovation to all spheres of job training and job search, tracking and promoting poten-tial niches for people with disabilities in those sectors where labour is most intensive and nee-ded, as well as adapted to personal realities and needs. If not, we will adapt it. With these maxims, in the last decade (2014-2023), we have promoted from the ONCE So-cial Group a total of 100,915 jobs for people with disabilities, 44.7% of which have been filled by women with disabilities, in third party compa-nies and entities. In 2023, as can be seen in the evolution of the historical sequence, 12,393 jobs for peo-ple with disabilities were promoted throu-gh third parties (companies, administrations and organisations), again an endorsement of a job well done. And we would like to highlight here a fact on how we promote training and employment across the board for people with any type of disability, even in those cases where the difficulty of access to employment is more challenging: out of the jobs created in 2023, a total of 683 were filled by blind or visually impaired people; 4,625 by those with phy-sical disabilities; 777 for deaf people; 2,206 for people with intellectual disabilities; 2,729 jobs carried out by people with psychoso-cial disabilities (formerly known as mental illness); and 1,373 with other different disabi-lities.
