All areas of the ONCE Social Group have continued to promote equal opportunities in a collaborative and coor-dinated manner, developing joint initiatives and others specific to each area. This translates into multiple actions throughout the year, including training, awareness-raising campaigns and sensitisation activities for the staff, as well as participation in numerous forums and conferences for external audiences. From the ONCE Foundation it is worth highlighting the development of the Equality Plans of the ONCE Foun-dation and Inserta Empleo, internal training and aware-ness-raising actions, active participation in various confe-rences and workshops, awards and recognitions, initiatives and meetings aimed at deepening political advocacy, the signing of several collaboration agreements with various entities, actions carried out in Inserta to aid the search for employment for women with disabilities registered in their employment exchange who have suffered of gender violence; and the obtaining and renewal of several certi-fications that attest their actions in matters of equality. The projects “Women in ON-VG Mode” and “Foro Inser-ta”, among others, should be highlighted in this line.
